How long does a project take?
Time frames vary depending on the project scope. We’ll provide a clear timeline after our discovery call. If you would like your project before the estimated completion date, a RUSH Fee will be applied.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll send you a client intake form, onboarding guide, and contract. To kick things off, we require your completed intake, signed agreement, and initial deposit.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes 3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are available as an add-on.
What is your payment structure?
Typically, we require full payment for smaller, short-term projects. For larger, long-term projects, we require a 50% deposit to begin, with final payment due before completion/file delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if a client has cancelled the service within 72hrs of commencing the project.
Will I own the designs you create?
Yes — once the final payment is made, all rights to the approved deliverables are transferred to you. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
What happens if I cancel a project?
Once you cancel your service, you no longer have any rights to the design concept. We will revamp any unfinished designs & publish to our liking. Your deposit is also non-refundable.
Can we work together if I’m not local?
Absolutely! We work with clients around the world. All communication is done via email, video calls, and shared project tools.
